1.What info do you need for quote ?
3D file in STEP/STP/X_T/IGS format, or 2D drawing with weight info, or sample .

2.Will my drawing be safe if I send to you?
You have our word that it’s 100% safe ,we will never pass it to a third party unless with your instructions ,we are ready to sign any confidential agreement if needed .

3.It’s a new part,we are not sure if our design will work,are you capable to help with the design ?
Yes we have our engineering team ready to be helpful in finalizing a design to minimize potential problems .

4.We know the design well but we don’t know injection that well ,can you coordinate ?
Sure ,once the design is sent to us ,we will check it and point out potential problem to make the design works with injection in its best conditions,for example,if there are too much wall thickness which would result in sink marks on part surface,we can help modify the drawing by reducing some unnecessary weight .

5.Do you provide DFM so we can confirm if the injection point position,ejection pin marks are acceptable ?
Yes we can send DFM upon request .

6.What’s the mold life ? /How many parts can the mold make ?
We provide life-time warranty ,for one plastic part,you just need to pay the mold cost once and we will be responsible to produce the parts as much as you need. In case there is something wrong with the mold influencing stable and quality production,we will make another mold at our expenses to make sure the production is consistent and in good quality .

7.Is the mold my property after I pay it in full ?
Yes the mold is your property once it’s paid in full,we only use it to produce parts with your order .It won’t be used to produce for any third party unless with your instructions/permission .

8.What’s the lead time for mold and production ?
Mold lead time is usually 30 days from order .Production lead time is depending on your order size but on average within 30 days .
