What's needed to obtain a quote
To have a quote for an injection molding plastic parts,you need to prepare :
1.3D drawing of the design
2.Indicate the plastic material you need for this part
3.Quantity of the parts needed
3D drawing is the best approach to get dimensions which is needed for mold quote,and weight info which is needed for plastic part quote . But in case you don't have this,2D drawing with weight info will do too .
You may have a ready plastic part for duplication,then just send us the samples,tell us the quantities needed then everything will be fine to proceed quote .Or send us pictures with different angles of the sample part,with weight info then it will do .
If you have special requirements like MT texturing on surface,individual packaging etc,please send these requirements together so the quote can be complete including them.
